They don't want more truth

The progression of the focal group thoroughly demonstrated that even though we managed to get a good-looking hypotesis, none of our ideas worked at all and love was, indeed, complete bullshit.

After the experiment finished we tried to publish our results but we got rejected under the premise that it was already a known subject and no other proof (other than each of our nights silently crying or the memories we embrace even though they're gone forever) were needed.

We gave up and now we're studying the implications of cloning ducks to make a real-life "Duck Hunter", which has proven to be a more interesting subject.
